| 摘 要： | 胃动素受体是一种G蛋白偶联受体,分布于胃肠道,对胃肠运动功能的调节起到重要的作用,目前胃动素受体激动剂逐步应用于临床疾病的治疗.本文就胃动素受体的分布及其与疾病的关系作一概述.

| Abstract: | Motilin receptor is a kind of G protein coupled receptor,distributing in the gastrointestinal tract,and it plays an important role in regulating gastrointestinal motility.At present,the motilin receptor agonists are widely used in clinical treatment.This article aimed to give an overview about the relationship between distribution of motilin receptor and the gastrointestinal diseases. |
