阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术200例分析

目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术诊断宫颈上皮内瘤样变的准确性。方法回顾性分析我院2008年12月．2009年12月门诊行阴道镜下宫颈结合颈管搔刮术提示为宫颈上皮内瘤样变的病例200例，进行宫颈LEEP／锥切术，比较病理结果。结果两者病理结果相对符合率达到94．5％，两种方法结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术是诊断宫颈上皮内瘤样变的有效方法。

Analysis of 200 Cases by Colposcopy with Cervical Biopsy and Curettage

Objective To explore the accuracy of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by cervical biopsies and cervical curettage. Methods Retrospective analysis of 200 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia were showed by cervical biopsies and cervical curettage from December 2008 to December 2009,which were carried out cervical LEEP/Conization to compare the results of pathological. Results Pathological findings consistent with both was 94.5%, there were no significant difference between two methods（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cervical biopsy and cervical curettage are effective ways to diagnosis cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
