150例血小板增高与儿童哮喘的相关性研究

目的：探讨儿童哮喘发作与血小板计数（PLT）、大血小板比例（LPCR）、平均血小板体积（MPV）变化的相互关系。方法：对2008年3月～2009年1月入住我院的150例哮喘患儿用Sysmex XT-1800血液分析仪检测上述3项指标,另选150例非哮喘儿童患者作为对照组,做同样的检测,然后对结果进行评估分析。结果：与对照组相比,哮喘组血小板体积和大血小板比例显著降低,（P〈0.05）,血小板计数显著增高（P〈0.05）。结论：血小板计数（PLT）、大血小板比例（LPCR）、平均血小板体积（MPV）的变化与儿童哮喘有重要关系,可作为血小板活化的标志。

Study on the relationship between asthma and platelet heightening in 150 cases of childhood asthma

Objective：To investigate the relationship between the attacks of the children asthma and platelet count （PLT）,proportion of large platelets （LPCR）,average platelet volume （MPV）.Methods：150 cases of children with asthmatic for treatment in our hospital from March 2008 to January 2009 were detected above indexes with Sysmex XT-1800 hematology analyzer.Another 150 cases of children with non-asthma was as control group,and were tested with the same indexes.Then the results were evaluated and analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group,LPCR and MPV of asthma group significantly reduced （P〈0.05）,and PLT significantly increased （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The changes of PLT,LPCR and MPV have important relationship with the childhood asthma,so above indexes can be used as a symbol of platelet activation.
