| 摘 要： | 对28例慢性阻塞性肺病患者用复方丹参注射液以漂浮导管直接注入肺动脉内,注射后肺动脉收缩压和舒张压均有明显下降(P<0.001),下降持续时间约5～7分钟;而注生理盐水的对照组,无明显变化(P>0.05),说明丹参确有降低肺动脉压的作用。其中5例在用药前后作肺循环多项动力学指标观察,除肺动脉压降低外,也初步表明与硝苯吡啶有类似的效应。

| Abstract: | Injectio Salviae Miltiorrhizae Compositae was directly injected into pulmonary artery with floating catheter in 28 patients with chrpnic obstructive pulmonary disease. Systolic and diastolic pressues of pulmonary artery were obviously decreased after injection of the drug (P<0.001). The duration in which the drug sustained its effect lasted about 5-7 minutes. There was no obvious change ( P>0.05)in the control group in which 0.9% saline had been injected. It indicated that Injectio Salviae Miltiorrhizae did have the function of decreasing pulmonary arterial pressure. Many dynamic indices of the pulmonary circulation were observed before and after using the drug in 5 cases of these patients. The drug also has the similar effect wifh nifedipine except the pulmonary arterial pressure. |
