血清C反应蛋白检测在胃癌淋巴转移中的临床意义

目的：探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）在胃癌淋巴转移中的临床应用价值。方法：用散射比浊法定量测定98例胃癌患者治疗前后血液中CRP的水平,并进行分析。结果：术前CRP阳性患者的淋巴结转移率（68.2%）高于阴性患者（8.2%）（P〈0.05）;术后血清CRP阳性患者于术后第5天明显增多,而在术后第10天时多数患者血清CRP降至阴性水平。乙组下降至阴性的例数高于甲组（P〈0.05）。结论：CRP结合临床可作为胃癌淋巴转移的疗效判断及观察预后的一个良好的指标。

The significance of serum CRP in gastric cancer diagnosis with lymph node metastasis

Objective：To observe the clinical values of CRP in the gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis. Methods：The blood levels of CRP in 98 cases of patients with gastric cancer were determined by nephelometry quantitative determination before and after treatment,and to analyze. Results：The preoperative CRP-positive patients with lymph node metastasis rate （68.2%） was higher than CRP-negative patients （8.2%） （P〈0.05）,while serum CRP-positive patients was significantly increased after the first 5 days,10 days after surgery while the majority of patients blood CRP fell to negative levels. group B was higher than the number of cases dropped to negative for group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：CRP combined with clinical efficacy of lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer can be used to determine prognosis and to observe a good indicator.
