新进护士核心能力规范化培训实践

摘    要:目的提高新进护士的核心能力及综合素质,为今后的发展奠定基础。方法对2006—2007年应届毕业156名新进护士进行3阶段核心能力规范化培训,与传统培训方法的2004--2005年毕业的161名新进护士比较。结果2006--2007年应届毕业新进护士的服务考评、专业知识和技能考评、综合素质考评得分均高于2004--2005年毕业的新进护士,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论有计划系统的对新进护士进行核心能力向规范化培训效果优于以往传统的培训方法,有利于促进护理人员专业稳定性和综合素质的提高。

Abstract:Objective To improve the core competency and comprehensive quality of fresh nurse, and lay the foundation for future development. Methods Three stages standardized core competency training were employed for 2006-2007 year new graduate nurses, and compared to traditional training methods applied for 2004-2005 year new graduate nurses. Results The service attitude evaluation, professional knowledge, skills evaluation, and comprehensive quality evaluation scores of 2006-2007 year new graduate nurses were significantly higher than the 2004-2005 year new graduate nurses ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions A planned and standardized core competency training program was more effective than traditional training methods, and helpful to promote stability and comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
