| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膝关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效.方法应用膝关节镜对60例膝关节半月板损伤患者进行手术治疗,总结治疗的临床效果.结果术后平均随访时间12个月,疗效评价:优38例,良18例,可2例,差2例,优良率为93.3%.结论膝关节镜半月板手术创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、疗效佳且能最大程度地保留半月板,宜为半月板损伤首选的治疗方法. |

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinic effect of arthroscopic meniscectomy on therapy of meniscus injury. 60 patients with meniscus injury treated with arthroscopic meniscectomy were reviewed. All patients were followed up for 12 months on average. The results were excellent in 38 patients, good in 18, fair in 2, and poor in 2. The excellent and good result rate was 93.3%. [Conclusion] Arthroscopic meniscectomy has the advantages of minimal invasion, less pain, quick recovery and well recovery of menisus. It is the first choice for the treatment of meniscal injury. |
