心脑血管病社区干预效果及人群依从性分析

目的：了解城市社区人群在心脑血管病防治上的需求和社区人群对干预措施的依从性。方法：从北京上海和长沙三城市社区年龄在３５岁以上的人群中随机抽取了３１８８名调查对象，采用面对面的问卷方法调查。结果：在３１８８名被调查者中，６１．９２％的被调查者关心医学保健知识。５５％以上的被调查者从宣传单中、３６％以上的被调查者从黑板报中获取心脑血管病、高血压和糖尿病防治知识。９０％以上的被调查者受到社区内开展的健康

Analysis of Prevention Effect and Population's Compliance to Intervention Measures of Cardio-cerebro-vascular Diseases in City Communities

Objective:To exeplore the community health demands for cardio cerebro vascular diseases and the population's compliance to intervention measures of cardio cerebro vascular diseases in city communities.Methods:We investigated 3 188 people randomly sampled from Beijing,Shanghai and Changsha city communities by face to face questionnaire.Results:Of 3 188 investigated people,61 92% had good interest in medical health knowledge,over 55% had learned the prevention and treatment knowledge of cardio cerebro vascular diseases,hypertension and diabetes mellitus from leaflets,over 36% were from blackboards.Over 90% were affected by community movement of health education and health promotion.There were statistical differences between the rates of health knowledge level and the rate of taking health related behavior in the three city communities.Of 770 high risk people with hypertension and/or diabetes mellitus,46 88% regarded the community service station of hypertension and diabetes mellitus as a helpful way.Conclusions:There existed a large of demands for the prevention and treatment of cardio cerebro vascular diseases and hypertension,and better population's compliance to intervention measures of cardio cerebro vascular diseases in three city communities.
