云木香丙酮提取物对大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型的影响

目的:观察云木香丙酮提取物对两种大鼠胃溃疡模型的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制.方法:采用乙醇法及冷水束缚法诱发大鼠急性胃溃疡模型,以木香丙酮提取物灌胃给药,观察其对两种模型的作用,并观察其对正常小鼠胃排空及肠推进影响,初步探讨其作用机制.结果:云木香丙酮提取物能显著对抗乙醇和冷水束缚法所致的大鼠胃溃疡,对小鼠胃排空及肠推进无明显影响.结论:云木香丙酮提取物对两种模型具有显著的保护作用,其作用机制不在于促进胃排空和肠推进.

Effect of Acetone Extract of Yunnan Aucklandia Lappa Decne on the Models of Experimental Gastric Ulcer Rats

Objective: To observe the effect of acetone extract of Yunnan Aucklandia Lappa Decne on two models of gastric ulcer rats and explore its function and mechanism.Methods: An ethanol method and a cold water binding method were adopted to make the models of an acute gastric ulcer of big rats.The rats were infused with the acetone extract of Yunnan Aucklandia Lappa Decne and the effects of the two models were observed.The gastric depletion and bowel movement of small rats were observed to explore its mechanism.Results: The acetone extract of Yunnan Aucklandia Lappa Decne could obviously resist the acute gastric ulcer of the big rats induced by the ethanol and cold water binding methods,but had no obvious effect on the gastric depletion and bowel movement of the small rats.Conclusion: The acetone extract of Yunnan Aucklandia Lappa Decne obviously has a protective effect on the two models and its functional mechanism doesn't lie in the promotion of the gastric depletion and bowel movement.
