综合护理干预对女性首发抑郁症患者康复的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对女性首发抑郁症患者康复的影响。方法将我院2014年1月－2015年1月首次住院的女性抑郁症患者82例按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各41例。两组均给予抗抑郁药治疗及常规护理。干预组在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预。为期6周。干预前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评价两组疗效，并进行满意度调查。结果组内干预前后汉密顿抑郁量表评分差异有极显著性（P＜0．01）；组间干预前汉密顿抑郁量表评分无显著性差异（P＞0．05），干预6周末差异有极显著性（P＜0．01）；干预6周末干预组满意率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论综合护理干预能显著改善女性抑郁症患者的认知障碍及负性情绪，促进心理和社会功能的康复。

The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the re-habilitation of female patients with first-episode depression

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of female patients with first‐episode depression .Methods Eighty‐two female depression patients hospital‐ized in our hospital for the first time from Jan .2014 to Jan .2015 were divided into intervention and control group of 41 ones each .Both groups received antidepressant treatment and routine nursing .Intervention group was plus comprehensive nursing intervention for 6 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamil‐ton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and after intervention and satisfaction surveys carried out .Results There was very significant intra‐group difference in the HAMD score between pre‐and post‐intervention (P<0 .01);there was no significant inter‐group difference before intervention (P>0 .05) and there was significant inter‐group difference at the end of the 6th week (P<0 .01);satisfaction rate was significantly higher in intervention than in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the cognitive disorder and negative emotions of female depression patients and promote the rehabilitation of psychological and social function .
