肺耐药相关蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:
肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)是近年来肿瘤治疗研究的困扰之一,其产生机制非常错综复杂。随着对非P-糖蛋白介导MDR机制研究的不断深入,肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)被证实在MDR中发挥着重要作用,有望成为一种新的治疗靶点。本文就LRP的生理特性、分布、耐药机制、检测手段、临床意义及其介导的MDR逆转做一简要综述。

Abstract:
Multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of curses on oncotherapy study in recent years,the mechanisms of which are intricate extremely.A kind of multidrug resistance,lung resistance-related protein(LRP),were demonstrated to play an important role in MDR,which might be a new therapeutic target.In this article,the physiological nature,distribution,mechanism of drug resistance,the way of examination,the clinic significance and the reverse of multidrug resistance were briefly summarized.
