| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素抵抗在高血压左心室形成中的作用。方法选择30例高血压病人和15例正常人为对照组,进行超声心动图检查,根据左室重量指数,将高血压病人又分为高血压左心室肥厚组(n=15)和非左心室肥厚组(n=15),观察三组外周静脉血清葡萄糖浓度、血清胰岛素浓度、血清C肽浓度。结果高血压左心室肥厚组胰岛素抵抗比非左心室肥厚组重,直线相关分析,血清胰岛素浓度与左室重量指数成正相关。结论胰岛素抵抗参与高血压左心室肥厚形成。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of insulin resistance on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods 30 hypertensive patients and 15 nornal people(control group) are chosen.They are examined by echocardiography.Hypertensive patients are divided into left ventricular hypertrophy group(n=15) and non-left ventricular hypertrophy group(n=15) acording to left ventricular mass index.The level of serum glucose,insulin,and C-peptide in peripheral venous blood are measured.Results Insulin resistance is more serious in left ventricular hypertrophy group than in non-left ventricular hypertrophy group and insulin level is positively correlated to left ventricular mass index.Conclusion Insulin resistance plays some role in the pathogenesis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. |
