| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨耳内窥镜下治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的优越性。方法:对68例(72耳)胆脂瘤型中耳炎在耳内窥镜下施术,术后随访1~5年。结果:所有病例均治愈,无复发。结论:耳内窥镜具有创伤小、分辨率高和多视角的优点,能够彻底清除病灶,尽量保存正常结构,降低复发率,是治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的良好方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the virtues of ear endoscope in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media.Method: Sixty-eight patients(72 ears) with cholesteatoma otitis media were operated on under ear endoscope and were followed up for 1-5 years.Result: All cases were cured,and no recurrence happened.Conclusion: The ear endoscope has the virtues of small trauma,fine resolving power and multiangle of view;it can remove the focus thoroughly and re-serve the normal structure as far as possible and debase the relapse rate,so it is a good tool to treat the cholesteatoma oti-tis media. |
