| 摘 要： | 探讨弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤蛛网膜下腔出血的护理经验.对23例颅内动脉瘤蛛网膜下腔出血行脑血管造影与颅内弹簧圈栓塞术的围手术期护理进行总结,主要护理措施是:对患者加强术前术后护理、病情观察、健康教育、舒适护理、心理疏导、出院指导等.认为及时周到的护理措施能促进康复,减少并发症,是保证介入栓塞治疗成功的关键.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of endovascular coil embolization in 23 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage secondary to ruptured intracranial aneurysm.The preoperative nursing included disease observation,psychological counseling and routine nursing such as basic nursing,comfortable nursing and preoperative preparation.The postoperative nursing included monitoring vital signs,preventing complications and health guidance.As a result,all the patients were cured and discharged. |
