| 摘 要： | 护理学作为一级学科的定位为我国护理学科的发展带来了新的机遇.把握机遇大力发展专科护理已是这场战斗的关键.而如何设置科学合理的培养体系以培育我国临床专科护理人才又是关键之关键.着重讨论如何借鉴国外成熟的经验,规划和构建我国包括专科护士、护师和护理专家多层次的临床专科护理人才的培养体系,为专科护理的发展提供思路.

| Abstract: | Nursing in China has been shifted from Class II to Class I of the National Discipline Classification System,which brings challenges and opportunities for the development of nursing discipline in China.It has been suggested that the development of advanced nursing practice will play a major role to foster the development of Chinese Nursing.Thus,nursing education should focus on establishing certain programs to cultivate multi-level nursing clinicians including specified registered nurses,nursing specialists,and clinical nursing experts.The authors proposed an integrative model based on experiences abroad,hoping to help establish a reasonable and comprehensive training program for future Chinese nursing clinicians. |
