| 摘 要： | 目的:就我国大型医疗设备配置所产生的问题,分析建立科学规范的管理系统,探索引进医疗设备成本效益分析对大型医疗设备配置管理的积极意义。方法:以经济收益和使用效率两种参数指标为分析统计方法。结果:探索公正评价医疗设备配置的客观依据。结论:倡导重视并积极开展大型医疗设备分析,提高医院决策和使用管理水平,为政府提供大型医疗设备宏观调控的有益参考,使有限的卫生资源得到充分的发挥。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the significance of cost-benefit analysis for large medical devices in configuration based on problems in its configuration in our country.Methods： The study was conducted with the statistical methods for the two parameters of economic benefits and use efficiency.Results： The objective evidence for justify the medical device configuration was obtained.Conclusion： We should strengthen the analysis of large medical devices to improve the decision-making and using level in hospitals.Furthermore,it can provide reference to government for its configuration so as to exert full effect of limited medical resources. |
