| 摘 要： | 目的探讨金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-3(TIMP-3)在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法用免疫组化SABC法检测了TIMP-3蛋白在54例慢性浅表性胃炎、16例慢性萎缩性胃炎(伴肠上皮化生、不典型增生)、67例胃癌中的表达。结果胃癌和慢性萎缩性胃炎中TIMP-3蛋白表达水平减低,且胃癌组的TIMP-3表达水平更低,胃癌病理分级与TIMP-3蛋白表达水平呈负相关。结论 TIMP-3表达减低可能在胃癌的早期发生中发挥一定作用;另外,TIMP-3有望作为恶性程度的指标用于胃癌的临床诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases-3 （TIMP-3 ） in gastric cancer, specimens from pre-malignant lesions and gastric cancers were analyzed. Methods Expression of Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases-3 （ TIMP-3 ） protein were detected with immunohistochemical SABC method in 54 cases of chronic superficial gastritis （CSG） , 16 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） with intestinal metaplasia and/or atypical hyperplasia, and 67 cases of gastric cancer （GC）. Results Expression levels of TIMP-3 protein were lower in CAG and GC than that in CSG, with the lowest in the GC group. Pathological grading of GC negatively correlated with the expression levels of TIMP-3 protein. Conclusion TIMP-3 might influence the tumorigenesis of gastric cancer. Also it might be useful in determining the degree of malignancy among gastric cancers. |
