| 摘 要： | 目的检测肝细胞癌组织中HBV的感染与P53表达的相关性。方法102例手术切除的肝细胞癌的石蜡包埋标本，连续切片，用免疫组织化学SP法检测HBVM和P53蛋白。结果病理诊断102例肝细胞癌组织中．免疫组化检测HBVM( )74例(72．55％)；P53( )57例(55．88％)；HBVM( )、P53( )54例(52．94％)；HBVM( )、P53(-)20例(19．61％)；HBVM(-)、P53( )3例(2．94％)；HBVM(-)、P53(-)25例(24．51％)。癌组织中HBVM( )、P53( )与其他三者比较，差异非常显著(P＜0．01)。结论HBVM表达阳性的肝细胞癌组织中P53表达阳性率高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the expression of P53 protein and HBV infection in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The paraffin-embedded samples from 102 cases of HCC subject to surgical resection were detected by using immunohistochemical SP method for the expression of HBVM and P53 protein.Results In the 102 cases of HCC diagnosed pathologically, 74 cases were positive for HBVM ( 72.55 %), 57 for P53 ( 55.88 %), 54 for HBVM and P53 ( 52.94 %). HBVM (+) and P53 (-) were seen in 20 cases ( 19.61 %), HBVM (-) and P53 (+) in 3 cases ( 2.94 %), and HBVM (-) and P53 (-) in 25 cases ( 24.51 %). The expression of HBVM and P53 protein was significantly higher in HCC tissues than any other group (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion The HCC tissues positive for HBVM had a high positive expression rate of P53. |
