摘    要:低分子量多肽(LMP)基因定位于MHC-Ⅱ类基因区域内的一个基因组,是内源性抗原加工与呈递颇为重要的一种基因。LMP基因编码的蛋白LMP2与LMP7组成的二聚体,对于抗原肽的降解有着重要的作用,其酶解产物有着严格的空间模式。由于LMP基因具有多态性,因此酶解产生的抗原肽具有数量或者空间构相的不同,并具有对抗原肽选择性转运的现象。体内外多种因素可以调节LMP基因的表达和生物活性,从而影响者病毒的感染过程以及肿瘤的发生。目前LMPP基因与疾病的相关性,以及其多态性与疾病的遗传易感关联日益受到广泛的关注。本文就这一领域的研究成果做一综述。

Advancement of Correlation between Low Molecular Weight Polypeptide Gene Polymorphism and Diseases

Abstract:Low molecular weight polypeptide(LMP)gene located in the MHC-Ⅱ genes in the region of a gene group is endogenous antigen processing and presentation of a very important gene.LMP gene encodes a protein dimer composed of LMP2 and LMP7,the peptide has an important role in the degradation of its hydrolyzate has a strict spatial patterns.As the LMP gene has polymorphism,the peptide produced by enzymatic or space has a number of different conformation and on peptides with selective transfer phenomenon.Many factors can regulate in vivo expression of LMP genes and biological activity,thus affecting the process of those infected with the virus and tumor occurrence.Currently LMPP genes associated with diseases and their genetic polymorphism and susceptibility to diseases are paid increasingly widespread attention.In this paper,results of research in this field are reviewed.
