UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪临床应用价值探讨

摘    要:
探讨UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测尿液有形成分的临床应用价值。随机选择307份尿样标本,同时用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪及显微镜检测,分析多个参数指标。大多数标本三种检测方法结果较一致,在检测结果不相符合的标本中,UF-100对RBC、WBC有较高的检出率,并能检测已溶解的RBC(影红细胞)。UF-100与尿干化学分析法联合应用,能提高WBC的检出率,以及与显微镜镜检的一致性。在判断尿路感染疾病时,UF-100检测细菌含量将比尿干化学分析仪检测亚硝酸盐更准确,并能定量研究,有利于疗效观察。而UF-100对管型、真菌的假阳性太多,必须以显微镜镜检为准。UF-100具有较高的精确性和准确性,与尿试纸法联合应用,将大大降低显微镜复查的工作量,提高工作效率。

Abstract:
Aim To evaluated the values of the UF 100 flow cytometer performed in automated urinalysis at laboratory.Methods Compared UF 100 test with dipstick and microscopy sediment data in 307 samples analysed multiple paramtise.Results Results showed good ageement among three methods.In disagreement samples, UF 100 detected more RBCs and WBCs and it could identify lysed RBCs(ghostcell).UF 100 combined with dipstick testing would obtain good agreements ratio between microscopy.In detected urinary tract infection, bacteria count with UF 100 had more precision than nitrite test with dipslick,but the detection of urinary casts and yeasts by UF 100 analyzer was less definitive,demostrated a high number of falsepositive counts,should be compared with manual microscopy.Conclusion UF 100 analyzer can perform accurate and precise guantification of microscopic elements,when combined with dipstick test,can improved the productivity of urinalysis by reducing the numbers of specimens submitted to microscopy.
