脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶含量与颅骨增生的关系及其临床意义

目的探讨脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶的含量与颅骨增生的关系及临床意义。方法应用酶促反应及分光光度法测定60例脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶的含量,并利用手术前计算机断层扫描(CT)结果,比较60例脑膜瘤患者颅骨增生的发生情况。结果 60例脑膜瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时43例肿瘤组织碱性磷酸酶增高的患者,颅骨增生情况也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脑膜瘤患者瘤组织中碱性磷酸酶含量涉及脑膜瘤的发生,碱性磷酸酶含量增高与患者颅骨增生密切相关,观察颅骨增生情况对脑膜瘤临床诊断有重要参考价值。

Relation Between Tumor Tissues Alkaline Phosphatase and Cranial Hyperostosis in Meningioma Patients and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the relation between tumor tissues alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and cranial hyperostosis in meningioma patients and its clinical significance. Methods By enzymatic reaction and spectrophotometry, the contents of ALP in meningioma tissues were measured. The degree of the cranial hyperostosis was determined by the computer tomograph(CT). Results The contents of ALP in the meningioma tissues were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0.05) , and the cranial hyperostosis of the meningioma patients were also higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions The content of ALP in tumor tissues is related to the meningioma pathogene-sis, and it is also closely related to the cranial hyperostosis. Meybe there are diagnostic implications for meningioma by observation of degree of the cranial hyperostosis.
