神经节苷脂联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

目的 探讨神经节苷脂联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋(SD)的疗效。方法 将SD患者78例(84耳)根据自愿分配的半随机原则分为神经节苷脂(GM1)组和对照组，对照组给予前列地尔(凯时)2mL,1次/d，GM1组在对照组基础上给予神经节苷脂钠(翔通)20mg,1次/d。结果 两组总有效率分别为GM1组93.2%、对照组75%，两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，尤其对重度耳聋患者的治疗有效率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 神经节苷脂联合前列地尔治疗SD效果显著，尤其是可以提高重度耳聋患者治疗的有效率，值得推广应用。

Combined treatment of onosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM1) and alprostadil in sudden deafness

Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of combined treatment of GM1 and alprostadil injection in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Total 78 patients (84 ears)with sudden deafness were voluntarily and semirandomly divided into two groups: the GM1 group and the control group , in which the control group were treated with alprostadil injection 2mL once a day, while the GM1 group were treated with extra GM1(20mg per day). Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the GM1 group (93.2%) and the control group(75%)(P＜0.05), especially in the profound hearing loss(P＜0.05). Conclusion Using GM1 and alprostadil altogether can speed the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life in patients with sudden deafness, especially in those with profound hearing loss.
