| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肝硬化大鼠肝脏、脾脏血红素氧化酶(HO-1)、HO-2的定位表达的改变。方法:制备大鼠肝硬化模型,用免疫组化染色法观察HO-1、HO-2在细胞内的分布,并在显微镜下用计算机图像分析技术计算两者表达的强弱。结果:与对照组相比,肝硬化组肝脏、脾脏、门静脉HO-1阳性细胞的表达显著增加,且主要分布在肝脏的门管区周围及脾脏的红髓区,而HO-2的变化不明显。结论:HO可能参与肝硬化的发生过程、与门脉高压血流动力学紊乱有关。 |
