慢性心力衰竭病人的抑郁状况及其影响因素研究

[目的]了解慢性心力衰竭（CHF）病人抑郁状况,探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查法,应用一般资料问卷、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷（MCMQ）对99例CHF病人进行抑郁状况及其影响因素的调查分析。[结果]本组CHF病人抑郁发生率为54.5%,其中轻度抑郁占36.3%,中度抑郁占13.1%,重度抑郁占5.1%;SDS评分为40.55分±8.51分,高于国内常模;主要影响因素为屈服应对方式、社会支持、心功能分级和既往入院次数。[结论]CHF病人是抑郁发生的高危人群,受心功能分级、既往入院次数、社会支持与应对方式等因素的影响。

Study on depression state and its influencing factors of patients with chronic heart failure

Objective：To know about the depression state of patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and to probe into its influencing factors. Methods：A total of 99 cases of CHF patients were investigated by filling out questionnaires including general information questionnaire,self-rating depression scale （SDS）, social support questionnaire and medical coping modes questionnaire （MCMQ）. Results：The incidence of depression in patients with CHF was 54.5% （Among them, mild depression was 36.3%,moderate depression 13.1% and severe depression 5.1%）.The score of SDS of all cases was 40.55±8.51.It was higher than that of the domestic norm. Main influencing factors were yielding coping style, social support, grading of cardiac function and times of previous admissions. Conclusion： CHF patients were the high-risk population of depression. The influencing factors of them include grading of cardiac function, times of previous admissions, social support and coping style.
