| 摘 要： | 目的 分析桥脑梗死的临床和影像学特点.方法 对38例桥脑梗死的临床表现、MRI特点及临床容易误诊的因素进行回顾性分析.结果 桥脑梗死的临床症状多样化,可表现为构音障碍以及脑干的交叉体征,亦可表现为大脑半球病变的体征,如纯运动性偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍.MRI可准确检出责任病灶.结论 纯运动性偏瘫患者,如果出现构音障碍、头晕及共济失调时应考虑到桥脑梗死的可能.MRI检查有助于桥脑梗死的诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the pontine infarction.Methods To analyze the clinical and MRI characteristics of the pontine infarction and the causes of bias in localization diagnosis.Results The clinical characteristics of the pontine infarction is variety.The focuses can be found in MRI.Conclusion The patients with pure motor hemiparesis and dizziness,ataxia,dysarthria have more possibility to suffer from pontine infarction.MRI inspection will help to find the responsible disease. |
