中西医结合治疗53例输卵管不孕的疗效分析

目的探讨西医加自拟中药内服、外用治疗输卵管性不孕的疗效。方法将111例经子宫输卵管造影（HSG）提示通而不畅、伞端积水的不孕患者,随机分成中西医结合治疗组（58例）和单纯西医治疗组（53例）。结果中西医结合治疗组与单纯西医组均能减轻患者的临床症状。中西医结合治疗组停止治疗1年内术后输卵管通畅率为87.93%,高于单纯西医治疗组的56.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中西医结合治疗组1年内妊娠率为77.59%,单纯西医治疗组1年内妊娠率为49.06%,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗输卵管性不孕的疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗组,值得进一步探讨和推广。

Efficacy Analysis on the Western Medicine and Combine Traditional Chinese Treatment of Oviduct Infertility

OBJECTIVES With pure western medicine and modern medicine orally,the treatment of oviduct infertility use. METHODS The cases of infertility 111 oviduct imaging（HSG）uterus,umbrella tips jammed the water in the palace,under the condition of laparoscopy itcwm at random into treatment group 58 cases in treatment group and pure western 53 cases. RESULTS Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and pure western can remove the clinical symptom,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group to stop treatment after one year,more than 87.93% patency rate oviduct simple medicine treatment group was 56.60%,two groups of comparisons difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group a year was 77.59% pregnancy rates,western medicine therapy group a year was 49.06% pregnancy rates,two groups of comparisons significant difference （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of oviduct infertility effects than pure western treatment group anddeserves further investigation and promotion.
