miRNA-613在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【目的】检测微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）-613在甲状腺乳头状癌、结节性甲状腺肿和癌旁正常甲状腺组织中的表达差异，探讨miRNA-613在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达的意义。【方法】收集自2012年3月至2013年9月于本院甲状腺外科行甲状腺手术病人甲状腺乳头状癌组织及癌旁远端非瘤正常甲状腺组织44例，结节性甲状腺肿组织31例。采用Real-timePCR的方法定量分析miRNA-613在甲状腺乳头状癌组织、癌旁正常组织及结节性甲状腺组织中的表达情况，并分析其与甲状腺乳头状癌临床病理特征的相关性。【结果】miRNA-613在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达量明显低于非肿瘤组织（P〈0．05），非肿瘤组织间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。miRNA-613的表达量与甲状腺乳头状癌有无腺外浸润明显相关（P〈0．05）。【结论】在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中，miRNA-613的表达降低，且与甲状腺乳头状癌的侵袭性相关。

Expression and Its Clinical Significance of MicroRNA--613 in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

[Objective] To detect the difference of the expression of microRNA-613（miR-613） in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）, nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissues surrounding the cancer, and to explore the significance of miR-613 in PTC. [Methods]A total of 190 cases of PTC undergoing thyroid resection, 44 cases of distal non-tumor normal thyroid tissue surrounding the cancer and 31 cases of nodular goiter in our hospital from March 2012 to Sept. 2013 were collected. The expression level of miR-613 in PTC tissue, normal thyroid tissue surrounding the cancer and nodular goiter tissue were assayed by real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The correlation between miR-613 expression and clinicopathologic features of PTC was analyzed. [Results]The expression level of miR-613 in PTC tissue was obviously lower than that in non-tumor tissue（ P〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference among non-tumor tissues（ P 〉0.05）. The expression level of miR-613 was correlated with extra-thyroid invasion of PTC（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression level of miR-613 in PTC is decreased and correlated with tumor invasiveness.
