酒精对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:
采用体外和体内实验研究了酒精对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明酒精在体外和体内均可使大鼠肝匀浆和线粒体脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著增加,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。体内研究还发现酒精可使大鼠肝脏和线粒体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05),但对肝脏和线粒体超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性则没有明显影响(P>0.05)。本研究进一步证实酒精具有显著的致肝脏脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:
The effect of alcohol on liver lipid peroxidatin in rat was studied in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that alcohol caused the content of lipid peroxides(LPO) in rat liver homogenate and mitochondria to increase and caused the content of liver glutathione(GSH) to decrease significantly in vitro and in vivo.Compared with the control group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-P x) in rat liver and mitochondria was reduced significantly in the alcohol group in vivo, but the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in rat liver and mitochondria was not significantly affected in the alcohol group.
