| 摘 要： | 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗超高度近视的临床疗效。方法自2004年2月～2006年7月该科接受LASIK治疗的等效球镜>-10.0D的近视患者158例284眼,术后随访6个月～3a,对其并发症及不同时间段的裸眼视力,剩余屈光度进行回顾性分析。结果术后第1天裸眼视力均明显提高。术后1个月达到或接近术前最佳矫正视力,术后3个月趋向稳定,实际矫正屈光度与预期矫正度屈光度差值在±1.0D范围内达85.2%。实际最佳矫正视力与预期最佳矫正视力符合率达92.3%。结论LASIK治疗超高度近视有效、安全,但其屈光回退率较高、中及低度近视高。
