| 摘 要： | 目的测定骨松宝颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(26∶74),检测波长270nm。结果淫羊藿苷的线性范围为0.0331~0.3310mg.ml-1,回归方程为:Y=1.857×103X 11.18(r=0.9999)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确、专属性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine icariin content in Gusongbao granule. METHODS HPLC method was performed on a C_(18) column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(2674) and the UV detective wavelength was set at 270 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of icariin was linear within 0.0331-0.331 mgml~(-1), Y=1.85710~3X 11.180(r=0.9999).CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of icariin content. |
