2012～2014年我院抗肿瘤中药注射液用药分析

目的了解我院抗肿瘤中药注射液的临床使用情况,为临床安全、有效、经济地使用抗肿瘤中药注射液提供参考。方法检索医院信息管理系统数据库,采用金额排序法和限定日剂量分析法对抗肿瘤中药注射液的应用情况进行统计分析。结果2012~2014年,我院抗肿瘤中药注射液的销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)逐年增加,销售金额占各年中药注射液总销售金额的比例分别为66.6%,66.3%和65.1%;康艾注射液销售金额和DDDs均稳居首位。结论近年来,抗肿瘤中药注射液的使用量增长迅速,须加强用药管理和不良反应监测。

Utilization of antitumor traditional Chinese medicine injections in Shaanxi Cancer Hospital during 2012-2014

Objective To investigate the utilization of antitumor traditional Chinese medicine injections (ATCMI) in Shaanxi Cancer Hospital during 2012‐2014 period ,providing references for safe ,effective and economical use of drugs in clinic .Methods The utili‐zation data of ATCMI in the hospital during 2012‐2014 were retrieved from hospital information management system for statistical analysis by ranking consumption sum and defined daily dose (DDD) .Results The consumption sum of ATCMI in our hospital during 2012‐2014 increased year by year ,accounting for 66 .6% ,66 .3% and 65 .1% ,respectively of the total consumption sum of TCM injections .Kangai Injections took the lead in terms of both consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years .Conclusions The consumption of antitumor traditional Chinese medicine injections showed a rapid increase in recent years .It is urgent to tighten the management on drug use and monitoring on adverse drug reactions .
