青蒿琥酯/顺铂-紫杉醇对卵巢癌化疗的临床研究

目的探讨联合应用青蒿琥酯与顺铂对卵巢癌患者的化疗效果,并观察其不良反应,为增强顺铂治疗卵巢癌的敏感性提供依据。方法选择卵巢癌患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组患者应用紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗方案(TP)进行常规化疗;观察组在顺铂化疗基础上应用青蒿琥酯;治疗2个疗程后评估临床治疗效果,评估治疗后KPS评分、应用QOL评估生活质量,并观察不良反应及6个月复发率。结果观察组近期有效率(RR)为92.86%(39/42),高于对照组80.95%(34/42);观察组患者治疗后KPS和QOL分别为82.67±7.19和69.45±4.27,均高于对照组77.41±6.24和63.26±4.18;观察组胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损害结果分别为73.81%(31/42)和38.10%(16/42),均低于对照组;2组骨髓抑制结果比较,观察组显著低于对照组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青蒿琥酯治疗卵巢癌能够增加对顺铂的敏感性,提高其临床效果,改善患者生活质量,并能降低不良反应。

The chemotherapy effect and safety of artesunate/cisplatin-paclitaxel for ovarian cancer

Objective To explore the chemotherapy effect of artesunate combined with cisplatin for the patients with ovarian cancer , observe its adverse reactions ,and to provide the basis for enhanced sensitivity cisplatin for the treatment of ovarian cancer . Methods 84 patients with ovarian cancer were selected ,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,42 cases in each group .The control group patients were given regular chemotherapy by paclitaxel and cisplatin(TP) ,and the observa‐tion group were treated with artesunate based on cisplatin chemotherapy .The clinical therapeutic effect ,KPS score ,and the quality of life assessed by QOL after the treatment of two courses were evaluated .The adverse reaction and the recurrence rate of six months were observed .Results The recent efficacy (RR) of the observation group was 92.86% (39/42) ,higher than the control group 80.95% (34/42) ,the difference was statistically significant .The KPS and QOL of the observation group were respectively 82 .67 ± 7 .19 and 69 .45 ± 4 .27 ,higher than the control group 77 .41 ± 6 .24 and 63 .26 ± 4 .18 ,the difference was statistically sig‐nificant .The results of gastrointestinal reaction and kidney impairment of the observation group were 73 .81% (31/42) and 38 . 10% (16/42) ,lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .Compared with bone marrow suppression results of the 2 groups ,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically signifi‐cant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Artesunate treatment of ovarian cancer can increase the cisplatin sensitivity ,improve the clinical effect and improve patient quality of life ,and can reduce adverse reactions .
