| 摘 要： | 目的研究蜘蛛香的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂AB-8、硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,利用1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR等波谱技术对化合物的结构进行解析。结果分离并鉴定了2个倍半萜类化合物、1个环烯醚萜内酯和4个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别为:8-acetoxyl-patchouli alcohol(1)、8-hydroxyl-pathouli alcohol(2)、jatamanin A(3)、11-ethoxyviburtinal(4)、baldrinal(5)、11-methoxyviburtinal(6)、deacylbaldrinal(7)。结论化合物2为首次从蜘蛛香中分离得到。

Study on the chemical constituents of Valeriana jatamansi Jones |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Valeriana jatamansi Jones .Methods The chemical compositions were separated and purified by macroporous resin AB‐8 ,silica gels ,and sephadex LH‐20 .NMR spectral analysis was used to identify the constituents .Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 8‐acetoxyl‐patchouli alcohol(1) ,8‐hydroxyl‐pathouli alcohol(2) ,jatamanin A(3) ,11‐ethoxyviburtinal(4) ,baldrinal(5) ,11‐methoxyviburtinal(6) ,and deacylbaldrinal(7) .Conclu‐sion Compounds 2 was separated from V aleriana j atamansi Jones for the first time . |
