| 摘 要： | 临床唑类药物耐药率逐渐升高,严重影响抗真菌感染的治疗效果。本文从分子水平分析常见致病菌的相关耐药基因,综述相关耐药机制的研究进展,旨在为合理利用唑类药物和新型抗真菌药物的研发提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The fungal resistance rate against azoles is increasing gradually,which affects clinical treatment efficacy seriously.Based on the analysis of resistant pathogen gene and the research of fungal resistance mechanism,this article provides a proposal for rational use of azoles and other new antifungal drugs. |
