OPN、MMP-9在胰腺癌及其侵袭转移中的表达

目的探讨骨桥蛋白（osteopontin,OPN）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（Matrix Metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9）在人胰腺癌组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测OPN和MMP-9在50例胰腺癌、30例癌旁组织中的表达。结果50例胰腺癌标本中OPN和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为64.0%（32/50）、62.0%（31/50）,30例胰腺癌癌旁组织中OPN和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为20.0%（6/30）、26.6%（8/30）,胰腺癌组织中OPN和MMP-9表达明显高于胰腺癌癌旁组织（P〈0.01）。OPN和MMP-9的表达均与肿瘤的分化程度,TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,与肿瘤直径、性别和年龄无明显关系。OPN和MMP-9的表达有显著相关性（r=0.53,P〈0.01）。结论OPN和MMP-9在胰腺癌组织中均呈高表达且二者表达有协同作用,与胰腺癌侵袭转移密切相关,能够作为判断肿瘤的恶性程度及预后的重要参考指标。

Osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression and their relation to invasion and metastases in pancreatic cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin （OPN） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and their correlations with clinicopathologic features of pancreatic cancer.Methods Immunohisto-chemical SP method was used to detected the expression of OPN and MMP-9 in 50 cases of Pancreatic cancer tissues and 30 cases of tumor-adjacent tissues.Results The positive rates of OPN and MMP-9 in Pancreatic cancer tissue were 64.0% （32/50） and 62.0% （31/50）.In the tumor-adjacent tissue,the positive rates of OPN and MMP-9 were 20.0% （6/30） and 26.6% （8/30）.The expression of OPN and MMP-9 in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissues （P0.05）.Both OPN and MMP-9 were correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastases （P0.05）.The tumor primary diameter,gender and age were not associated with the expression of OPN and MMP-9.There was a remarkable relevance between OPN and MMP-9.（r=0.53,P0.01）.Conclusion OPN and MMP-9 are highly expressed in Pancreatic cancer tissues.The expression of them is coordinated and significantly related to the invasion and metastases of pancreatic cancer.The expression of OPN and MMP-9 can suggest the malignant degree of pancreatic cancer and be the important indicator of prognosis.
