| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎治疗是难题，本研究通过前瞻对照法探讨中药的疗效。经确诊的本病患者随机分入中医辨证治疗组和西药对照组，结果治疗组症状缓解率８５％，和西药组相近（Ｐ〉０．０５），但组织学改善率８０％，Ｈｐ根除率２５％，均优于西药组（Ｐ〈０．０５），说明中医治疗有一定优点。

| Abstract: | The treatment of gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) is unsatisfactory nowadays. A prospective control study were performed to investigate the effect of Chinese drugs. Forty_five patients with confirmed diagnosis were randomly allocated to 2 groups, 20 cases were treated with Chinese drugs as the treatment group, while the other 25 cases with western medicine as control. The results showed that the rate of symptom relief in the treatment group (85%) was similar to that in the control group,P>0.05.However, the rates of histological improvement (80%) and HP eradication (25%) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).It is indicated that Chinese drugs have advantages in the treatment of gastritis associated with HP. |
