| 摘 要： | 目的 了解全椎板切除术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的远期效果。方法 对156例腰椎管狭窄症施行全椎板切除，突出髓核除，神经根管扩大，椎管减压。结果 对资料完整89例获得2～6年随访分析，平均随访3年8个月，优良78例，可8例，差3例。结论 全椎板切除术治疗腰椎管狭窄症3年疗效最佳，优良率87．6％。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the long - term results of the total laminectomy for the treatment of lumbar canal stenosis. Methods 156 patients with lumbar canal stenosis were treated with total laminectomy, foraminotomy, interlaminar decompression and removal of the protruded nucleus pulposus. Results 89 cases were analyzed with complete followed - up for 2 - 6 years , the average follow - up time being 3 years and 8 months. The outcomes of 78 cases were excellent, 8 cases good and 3 cases poor. Conclusion Total laminectomy for the treatment of lumbar canal stenosis obtained satisfactory results in the 3 - year follow - up, the excellent rate is 87.6% . |
