病毒性肝炎病人凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间范围及其意义的探讨

目的　探讨病毒性肝炎患者凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)指标的变化范围及意义。方法　采用BC 1型血凝分析仪对各期肝炎及正常人进行PT ,APTT指标测定。结果　与对照组比较 ,急性肝炎PT ,APTT值无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,慢性肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化及重症肝炎组的PT指标与对照组相比 ,有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,其APTT指标也有显著差异 ,P值依次为 :P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 0 1。结论　病毒性肝炎PT ,APTT指标延长说明肝脏合成凝血因子减少 ,其指标检测对于判断预后及出血有意义

Probe on the Range and the Significance of PT and APTT of Patients with Virus Hepatitis

Objective To probe the range and the significance of PT and APTT of the patients with virus hepatitis Methods To determinate PT and APTT of patients with hepatitis in variou periods and normal people with BC 1 type blood clotting analyzer Results Comparing with PT and APTT of control group, there was no remarked difference in patients with acute hepatitis ( P >0.05) Comparing with PT of control group, there was very remarked difference ( P <0.001) in patients with chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis after hepatitis, severe hepatitis Also there was remarked difference in APTT and the P value was P <0.05, P<0.01 and P <0.001 respectively Conclusion The prolongation of PT, APTT showed that the liver synthetic coagulation factors decreased This detection had a significance for the judgement of prognosis and hemorrhage
