摘    要:目的:建立同时测定二至丸中女贞苷、特女贞苷、蟛蜞菊内酯、齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用DIKMA C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,进样体积20μL,柱温30℃,检测波长215 nm。结果:女贞苷、特女贞苷、蟛蜞菊内酯、齐墩果酸的质量浓度与峰面积分别在2.008~80.32(r=0.999 6),5.872~234.88(r=0.999 7),0.9~36(r=0.999 9),13.24~529.6 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6)呈良好线性;平均回收率分别为99.25%,98.70%,96.23%,101.5%,RSD均小于3%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为二至丸质量控制的一个有效方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of nuzhenide,specnuezhenide,wedelolactone and oleanic acid in Erzhiwan.Method: The DIKMA C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase and gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the volume of injection was 20 μL.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detective wavelength was set at 215 nm.Result: There were good linear relationships between the peak area and concentration at the range of 2.008-80.32(r=0.999 6),5.872-234.88(r=0.999 7),0.9-36(r=0.999 9),13.24-529.6 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6)for nuzhenide,specnuezhenide,wedelolactone and oleanic acid,respectively.The average recovery rates of nuzhenide,specnuezhenide,wedelolactone and oleanic acid were 99.25%,98.70%,96.23% and 101.5%,respectively,with RSD of less than 3%.Conclusion: The established method was so easy,rapid and accurate that it can be used as an effective way for quality control of Erzhiwan.
