2例表现为低钠血症的老年腺垂体功能减退症报告及文献复习

目的探讨表现为低钠血症的老年腺垂体功能减退症的诊断。方法对2例以低钠血症的老年腺垂体功能减退症患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,并对相关文献进行复习。结果 2例病例均有明确头颈部放射治疗史,起病隐匿,以低钠血症等不典型症状为主要表现,在明确诊断后经糖皮质替代治疗低钠血症纠正,乏力、纳差等症状缓解。结论老年腺垂体功能减退患者,可表现为低钠血症等不典型症状,需要临床医师提高对低钠血症的认识,重视头颈部放射治疗病史及可能病因的采集,早诊断、早治疗,使患者受益。

Hypopituitarism manifested as hyponatremia in old patients:A report of two cases and review of literature
