| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层（Spontaneous Isolated Superior Mesenteric Artery Dissection,SISMAD）患者的分型及保守治疗情况。方法回顾性分析我院2007年6月-2009年6月间10例SISMAD患者资料,进行分型并对影像结果及临床表现进行随访。结果患者经保守治疗后腹部症状均缓解,其中3例未采取抗凝治疗。患者无突发腹痛症状,1例进食后腹部隐痛。SMA夹层未发展,假腔血栓均有不同程度消失,未见新发血栓,远端狭窄血管均扩张。结论无肠道缺血及腹膜炎者,均可采取保守治疗,近、中期效果较满意。
