肩胛骨不稳定性骨折的内固定治疗

目的探讨手术治疗肩胛骨不稳定性骨折的疗效及适应证。方法回顾性分析我科2005年1月-2010年10月手术治疗肩胛骨不稳定性骨折患者37例。男性31例,女性6例。年龄20-60岁,平均38.7岁。肩胛体骨折12例,肩胛颈骨折9例,关节盂骨折5例,肩峰骨折3例,喙突骨折1例,肩胛冈骨折1例,复合型骨折6例。结果 37例均获门诊随访,随访时间平均22.9月（2-69月）骨折临床愈合时间为6-8周,无切口感染、内固定失败病例。采用Hardegger标准进行功能评定,优良率为89.2%。结论对肩胛骨不稳定性骨折采用手术治疗,可早期功能锻炼、减少并发症,最大限度地恢复肩关节功能。

Internal fixation of unstable scapular fractures
