宁夏地区回族和汉族白癜风患者与HLA-DRB1的相关性

目的探讨HLA-DRB1基因与宁夏地区回族与汉族白癜风患者的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)方法检测宁夏地区回族与汉族白癜风患者HLA-DRB1位点的等位基因,使用SPSS10.0统计软件分析。结果汉族白癜风患者HLA-DRB1*09等位基因频率(9.20%)较汉族正常人(2.50%)的基因频率显著升高(P<0.05),而在回族白癜风患者HLA-DRB1*16等位基因频率(10.00%)较回族正常人的基因频率(1.30%)显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 HLA-DRB1*09等位基因可能与宁夏地区汉族白癜风患者的发病相关,而HLA-DRB1*16等位基因可能与宁夏地区回族白癜风患者的发病有一定的相关性。

Investigation on Association of Human Leucocyte Antigen-DRB1 Alleles with Hui and Han Ethnic Vitiligo Patients in Ningxia

Objective To investigate association of human leucocyte antigen-DRB1 alleles with Hui and Han ethnic vitiligo patients in Ningxia.Method Polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primer (PCR-SSP) was used to analyze the distribution of HLA-DRB1 alleles among Hui and Han ethnic vitiligo patients and normal controls in Ningxia.Results The frequency of HLA-DRB109 (9.20% or 2.50%) was significantly increased in the Han ethnic patients with vitiligo compared with the Han controls (P<0.05).However,in the Hui ethnic patients with vitiligo the frequency of HLA-DRB116 (10.00% or 1.30%) was markedly hingher than that in Hui ethnic normal controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that the HLA-DRB1 09 allele might be associated with the onset of vitiligo in Han population of Ningxia whereas HLA-DRB116 allele might have a certain relation with Hui ethnic vitiligo patients of Ningxia.
