护理干预对门诊功能性消化不良患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对非住院功能性消化不良(FD)患者生活质量的影响。方法对102例符合FD国际诊断标准的门诊功能性消化不良患者随机分为研究组52例和对照组50例。2组患者均按常规用药治疗;研究组在常规用药的基础上给予护理干预。分别对2组患者于入选时和入选后第4,12周末,应用消化不良量表和生活质量指数问卷进行调查。结果入选后第4和12周末2组间比较,研究组消化不良症状总分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);生活质量量表得分研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对门诊功能性消化不良患者进行护理干预能改善消化不良症状,提高患者的生活质量。

The influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life for outpatients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life for outpatients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Divided 102 outpatients with functional dyspepsia who have been diagnosed according to international criterion into the research group (52 cases) and the control group (50 cases) randomly. Routine nursing and treating methods were used for both two groups, while the nursing intervention was used for the research group in addition. Compared the conditions of quality of life between the two groups by scales and questionnaires. Results After using the nursing intervention, the amelioration of functional dyspepsia in the research group was significantly better than that of in the control group,P<0.01. The condition of quality of life in the research group was significantly better than that of in the control group' too. Conclusions Systemic nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life for outpatients with functional dyspepsia.
