脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗自发性脑室出血36例临床分析

目的探讨脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗自发性脑室出血的效果，以供参考。方法选择该院自发性脑出血患者72例作为研究对象，随机分成两组，每组36例。A组患者接受脑室引流加尿激酶灌注治疗，B组患者接受脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗。观察两组临床疗效和并发症发生率的差异性。结果对比两组临床疗效发现，B组总有效率明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。对比两组并发症发现，B组并发症发生率明显低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿治疗自发性脑室出血疗效具有一定的优越性。值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of 36 Cases of Spontaneous Intraventricular Hemorrhage Treated by Ventricular Drainage and Urokinase Perfusion and Lumbar Puncture

Objective To investigate the effect of ventricular drainage and urokinase perfusion and lumbar puncture in the treat- ment of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage for reference. Methods 72 cases of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hem- orrhage admitted in our hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into 2 groups with 36 cases in each. Group A were treated with ventricular drainage and urokinase perfusion, group B were treated with ventricular drainage, urokinase perfusion and lumbar puncture. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results By comparing the clinical curative effect between the groups, it was found that the total effective rate of group B was sig- nificantly higher than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. By comparing the incidence of complica- tions, the incidence of complications of group B was obviously lower than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Ventricular drainage and urokinase perfusion and lumbar puncture in the treatment of spontaneous intraven- tricular hemorrhage has certain advantages, which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
