彩色多普勒超声对血管性阴茎勃起功能障碍诊断的价值

目的评估彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)在血管性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)诊断中的临床价值。方法用CDUS检测45例ED患者药物诱导阴茎勃起前、后阴茎海绵体动脉和背深静脉血流动力学情况。结果45例中非血管性ED22例(48.9%),动脉性ED12例(26.7%),静脉性ED11例(24.4%)。勃起时动、静脉性ED组阴茎海绵体动脉PSV、EDV及RI均明显低于非血管性ED组,而疲软时前两组PSV与后一组间无显著性差异。静脉性ED组阴茎背深静脉血流主要表现为持续血流信号,而非血管性和动脉性ED组则不然。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断血管性ED有重要意义。

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Vascular Erectile Dysfunction

Objective To assess the value of color Doppler ultrasonography for vascular erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods To tally 45 patients with erectile dysfunction were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and the hemodynamics of the cavernous artery as well as the deep dorsal vein before and after having injected vasoactive agents into the cavernous body were observed.Results There were 22 cases with non-vasculogenic ED (48.9%),12 cases with arteriogenic ED (26.7%) and 11 cases with venogenic ED (24.4%).When penises were erectile,PSV(peak systolic velocity),EDV(end diastolic velocity) and RI(resistance index) in the groups of arteriogenic and venogenic ED were obviously lower than those in the group of non-vasculariogenic ED,but the PSV between the former two groups and the latter were not significant differences in the flaccid penises.The blood flow in the deep dorsal vein was persistent in the group of venogenic ED,while it was discontinuous or nonexistent in the groups of non-vasculogenic and arteriogenic ED.Conclusions CDUS was an efficient method for the diagnosis of the vascular ED.
