NVB治疗恶性肿瘤临床分析

目的 :观察以异长春花碱 (NVB)为主的联合化疗方案治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 :选择 1997年 3月至1997年 12月 35例接受了以NVB为主的联合化疗的恶性肿瘤患者的病例进行分析。其中非小细胞肺癌 2 3例、复发性乳腺癌 5例、鼻咽癌 5例、食管癌肺转移 1例、复发性恶性淋巴瘤 1例。肺癌化疗方案为NDE、乳腺癌为NM、鼻咽癌为CABN、食管癌为ND、恶性淋巴瘤为CHNP。结果 :CR :8例 ,PR :14例 ,有效率 6 2 .86 %。血液学毒性 :白细胞减少 94.2 9% (33/ 35 )、血小板减少 42 .86 % (15 / 35 )、与足叶乙甙 (Vp 16 )合用组白细胞和血小板减少更明显 ;非血液学毒性 :脱发 5 4.2 9% (19/ 35 )、静脉炎 2 5 .71% (9/ 35 )、口腔粘膜炎 31.43% (11/ 35 )。结论 :NVB联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤有效 ,但与Vp 16合用时 ,血液学毒性较大。

A Clinical Analysis of the Effects of the Combination Chemotherapy with NVB Malignant Tumors

Objective: To present a clinical trial about the effects of the combination chemotherapy with NVB on malignant tumors. Methods: From March 1997 to December 1997,thirty-five malignant tumors received chemotherapy that contained NVB. 23 cases were non small cell lung cancers(NSCLC), 5 breast cancer, 5 NPCs, 1 esophageal cancer and 1 NHL. The chemotherapy scheme used for NSCLC was NDE,for breast cancers it was MN, for NPCs it was CABN, for esophageal cancers it was ND and for NHL it was CHNP. NVB(25 mg/m 2)was used in d1 and d8. Results: CR:8/34,PR:14/35, OR:62.86%. Reduction of WBC was 94.29%, PLT was 42.86%(Non-Vp-16 group was rare, Vp-16 group was severe). Other toxicities: alopecia was 54.29%, vein damage was 25.71%, mouth mucositis was 42.86%, toxicity of nerve was rare. Conclusion: The combination chemotherapy with NVB could be used to treat NSCLC, breast cancers and NPC. CSF must be used at the chemotherapy schemes of NVB plus Vp-16.
