| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨促进产妇身心健康的有效方法.方法 将400例初产妇分为实验组和对照组各200例.对照组接受产后常规护理,实验组在此基础上加用产后康复按摩.比较两组产妇产后24h出血量、恶露量、排尿情况、泌乳量、子宫复旧情况、睡眠情况及产后抑郁发牛率等.结果 实验组24h出血量、恶露量、产后抑郁发生率明显少于对照组,排尿情况、泌乳量、子宫复旧情况和睡眠情况明显好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义.结论 产后康复按摩可明显改善产妇的整体康复水平,有利于促进产妇身心健康. |
