哮喘暑期学校健康教育对学龄期哮喘患儿生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨"哮喘暑期学校"对学龄期哮喘患儿生活质量的影响。方法抽取7~14岁学龄期哮喘患儿68例,按随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组各34例,对观察组以"哮喘暑期学校"的形式实施综合干预,采用儿童少年生活质量问卷,对两组患儿进行干预前1个月、干预后1个月生活质量的评定;统计干预前6个月、干预后6个月内哮喘月发作次数和PEF(最大呼气流量)的均值。结果(1)干预前后观察组内比较,干预后生活质量满意度中自我满意度、学习能力与态度等10个项目得分明显提高(P〈0.05),生活质量中社会心理功能、生理心理健康、生活环境、总体评分干预后高于干预前(P〈0.05);(2)干预后两组间比较,观察组除外师生关系、同伴关系、运动能力、负性情绪、作业态度、生活便利性6个项目,其他7个项目、总体评分和另3项得分均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);(3)干预后6个月内两组间比较,观察组哮喘月发作次数减少和PEF增加(P〈0.05)。结论以暑期学校为平台,采取综合措施,可明显提高学龄期哮喘患儿的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of summer asthma courses on school age children with asthma. Methods 68 asthma children aged 7-14 years were equally assigned into observation group and control group at random. The children in the observation group were intervened by way of summer asthma courses, followed by assessment among the children in the two groups one month before intervention and one month after intervention via a questionnaire on children's life quality, and by adding up the times for asthma onset six months before and after intervention and calculating the average value of peak expiratory flow (PEF). Results (1) After intervention, the scores in 10 items on the questionnaire such as self-satisfaction and learning capacity and attitude were went up higher (P〈0.05) and the scores on the items of social mental function, psychophysiological health, living environment and total assessment were significantly higher than those from pre-intervention (P〈0.05). (2) After intervention, the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in 7 items, total assessment and another 3 items (P〈0.05), except six items of teacherstudent relation, playing partnership companionship, motor capacity, negative moods, attitude to homework, and living facility. (3) Six months after intervention, the monthly times for asthma onset in the observation group were reduced and PEF in the observation group was increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion The summer asthma courses is markedly helpful for the development of life quality of school age children with asthma.
