梅州市2～6岁儿童孤独症调查

目的了解梅州市学龄前儿童孤独症的发病情况以及普通人群对孤独症的认识、了解程度和途径,以便宣教和早期干预。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取梅州市21所幼儿园的全部在园儿童,采用自拟问卷和克氏行为量表进行调查和评定。结果调查4156例儿童,筛出孤独症阳性81例,其中男童59例,女童22例,阳性率1.95%;普通人群对孤独症的认识、了解程度与受教育程度、居住地、职业有关;他们可以从不同途径获取孤独症的知识。结论通过不同的传播途径做好社区宣教,对预防儿童孤独症的发生具有重要意义。

Autism Survey for 2 to 6-year-old Child in Meizhou

Objective To understand the incidence of autism among pre-school children in Meizhou City,and the awareness of autism,degree and the way of understanding in the general population so as to carry out early intervention and education. Methods By cluster random sampling method,a total of 21 kindergarten children in Meizhou were taken. All surveys were conducted with self-administrated questionnaire. Results In 4156 cases of children,81 cases of autism-positive were screened out,of which 59 cases were boys and 22 cases were girls. The positive rate was 1.95%. Autism awareness and understanding for general population correlated with level of education,place of residence and employment. They could obtained the autism knowledge from different sources. Conclusion By different ways of education in community,we can prevent the occurrence of childhood autism.
